Tips

In any of the following circumstances, the right holder shall apply for registration of change of ownership of the house after the relevant legal documents take effect or the facts occur:

(1) The name of the owner of the house is changed;

(2) The street, house number or house name where the house is located changed;

(3) The area of the house increases or decreases;

(4) Where the same owner divides or merges houses;

(5) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

Tips

If one of the following situations occurs in a house registered according to law, the owner recorded in the house register shall apply for the cancellation of the house ownership after the facts occur:

(1) the house is lost;

(2) giving up ownership;

I. Reissuing the house ownership certificate and registration certificate

1. Application for housing ownership registration (non-transferred), inquiry record for registration matters;

2. Copy of applicant's ID card (check original);

3. The following documents shall be submitted for reissuing the house property certificate due to the loss: (1), written explanations of the reasons for the loss and disappearance, and a firm guarantee for legal liability; (2), the neighborhood committee or the unit's certification, the unit's house must also be submitted to a superior Certificates from the competent authority; (3) Newspapers that publish declarations of lost or lost property rights certificates; (4) Partial announcements made by registration agencies (three months);

Where the maximum amount of mortgage is set for the house, the parties concerned shall apply for registration of the establishment of the maximum amount of mortgage.

Where a mortgage is set up for a construction in progress, the parties shall apply for registration of the mortgage of the construction in progress.

After the construction in progress is completed and the ownership of the house is initially registered, the parties concerned shall apply to transfer the registration of the mortgage of the construction in progress to the registration of the mortgage of the house.
